ACADEMIC CONCERNS

The Academic Concerns Form is one that can be used by any undergraduate engineering student. It provides a way for students in C-Eng to voice any concerns that they may have regarding their academic experience (course, professors, department, etc.) at Carleton. These concerns will be dealt with by the Vice-President Student Issues in conjunction with the Faculty of Engineering and Design promptly. Please feel free to fill out the form here or below!

To submit feedback or complaints via email, feel free to contact studentissues@cses.carleton.ca directly!

You can also reach out to individual stream societies regarding academic concerns. Some links to their respective
forms are provided below. Please only fill out one form, though (ours, or a departmental society's, but not both about the same issue). This prevents any redundant work from being done!
