For more details on the dates, times, and locations of meetings, check out our calendar. All meetings are open to the general CSES membership; those interested in seeing Council in action as the decision-making body of the society are encouraged to attend!

General Meetings
The dates of this year's General Meetings of the members (GMs) are as follows:
FALL GENERAL MEETING (FSGM)
Typically early October; October 10th, MC5050, 7PM
WINTER GENERAL MEETING (WGM)
Typically mid-late January; January 25th, ME3380, 5:30pm
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Typically near the end of March; details TBD
All our meetings are run in tandem in-person and online to make them as accessible as possible. Feel free to join any of our meetings virtually, either to ask a question or just listen in. To join, just use the Google Meets link attached to each meeting event posted on our calendar!
To send a proxy to vote for you at a General Meeting, see the proxy form on the Documents & Forms page.
Minutes from meetings are reviewed and approved at the following meeting. This means that minutes from council and executive meetings should be released within two weeks of the meeting taking place, while minutes from general meetings will take until the next general meeting (typically several months).
The best way to stay informed is to attend, so come on out whenever you can!
