CSES Directorships are unique volunteer positions that assist one of the 8 executives with a specific portfolio task. Each position is recognized by Carleton's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) system. We run four hiring sessions, the first starting as soon as the new executive team is elected in the spring, followed by late summer, fall, and winter rounds of hiring.
