TEXTBOOK TRADE
& LIBRARY
The Textbook Library is a resource offered by CSES to help undergraduate students access common and specialty engineering textbooks. Textbooks can be borrowed for two weeks at a time from the CSES Office (3390 ME) for FREE!
If you'd like to sign out a book, you can email our Textbook Director at textbook@cses.carleton.ca or visit us during office hours.
Our full book list can be seen by clicking the button below. If you're interested in a book that is NOT on our list, you can suggest we add it to our inventory by emailing our Textbook Director at textbook@cses.carleton.ca.
At the beginning of each semester, CSES opens up its Textbook Trade to help match students selling their old textbooks with students looking to buy. It runs for the first month or so of classes.
If you're looking for a cheaper option than buying all your textbooks from the bookstore, pop into the CSES Office and see what's available! Keep in mind they're used and sold as-is--we're just playing matchmaker between you and the seller.
If you are looking to sell a textbook, pick a selling price and come drop it off in the CSES Office! We'll take down your information, make it available for people to have a look at, and let you know if it's been sold so you can come pick up your cash!
